W.C. "Dub" Warmack

W.C. “Dub” Warmack passed away on September 18, 2026, at the age of 80. Dub will be remembered as a loving father, a devoted family man, and someone whose character left a lasting impression on the many people who knew him.

He was Born on February 11, 1946, to the late George Warmack and Christine Warmack.

Family meant everything to Dub. He valued his family and time spent with them above all else, and that love was at the center of his life. In 1990, he started his own business, Southern Auto Sales. He loved his customers and was grateful for their friendship and trust. He was known as an honest man of good character, compassionate and dependable, and someone who made a difference in many lives. Those who knew him knew they could count on him.

He is survived by his children, Nikki Nichols (John Sutton), Nick Warmack (Kim), and Laura Warmack; grandchildren, Tyler (Taryn), Avaya, Slade, Skylar, and Presley; great-granddaughter, Ellie; brothers, "Hughey" Warmack (Annette) and Stacy Warmack (Sissy); sister, Gisela Albert; many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr Jacob Abalos at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for helping W.C. while he was in his care, as well as treating them like family. They will forever be grateful for his compassion and friendship.

Visitation will be held on September 24, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Love Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place at West Hill Cemetery.

Dub’s life was marked by love for his family, dedication to his work, and kindness toward others. His memory will be cherished always.
