Myra Lynn Pangle Cole

Mrs. Myra Lynn Pangle Cole, age 88, formerly of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026.

Myra was born on Saturday, June 19, 1937, in Dalton, Georgia, to the late Mr. Thomas Pangle and the late Mrs. Deecie Cleghorn Pangle.

In addition to her parents, Myra is preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Mr. William Henry Cole, as well as her sister, Veda Harris, and her nephew, Mark Baker.

Myra is survived by her daughter, Kathy (John) Valdivieso, as well as her grandchildren, Elon 'Loni' Valdivieso and Holly Valdivieso.  She is further survived by her sister, Kathryn (L.B., dec.) Holcombe, and her nephew, Chris (Barbara) Harris.

Funeral services to honor and celebrate Myra's life will be conducted on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Phillip Cannon officiating.  Myra will be laid to rest after the service beside her husband in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.

Myra's family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, January 6, from 12:00 noon until the service hour.
