Morris W. Nichols
June 4, 1943 — August 23, 2020
Morris W. Nichols, 77, of Dalton passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Ruth Nichols and his brother, sister and parents.
Morris is survived by his son, Michael M. Nichols; aunt, Betty Peeks Sumler (Roger); nephew, Jimmy McClure.
He was a Past Master of the Tilton Masonic Lodge and a former Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 75. He was an amateur radio operator and a well loved father.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Thursday in the chapel of Love Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12 until 2. Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
