Larry Sims
December 17, 1938 — June 25, 2019
Mr. Larry Sims, 80, of Dalton passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Regency Park.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and Ruby Sims.
Larry was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Johnnie Bryson Sims; son, Ricky and Rita Sims; daughter, Kay Sims Owens; granddaughter, Jessica and Aaron Truelove; great-grandchildren, Rosalee and Lillian Truelove; sister, Mary Jo and Charles Suits.
The family would like to thank the staff at Regency Park for their care and compassion for Larry.
Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home.
Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Thursday from 11 until the service at 2 p.m.
