Joseph "JoJo" Ansel Grey Hunter

With profound sadness and endless love, we announce the passing of Joseph "JoJo" Ansel Grey Hunter, age 5, who passed away on June 24, 2026.

Though his time with us was far too short, JoJo filled every day with laughter, love, and unforgettable joy. He was a child with a wild and courageous spirit, always ready for his next adventure. His smile was one of his greatest gifts - it shined through every challenge and brightened the lives of everyone around him. No matter what he faced, JoJo smiled through it all with remarkable strength and happiness.

JoJo loved his people with his whole heart, especially his parents and he was an incredible brother. Everyone who had the privilege of knowing him was truly blessed. Though his life was brief, the impact he made will last a lifetime.

Until we meet again we will carry your smile, your laughter, your sparkling eyes your bubbly personality and all the amazing memories you left us with forever until we reunite.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and great grandparents.

JoJo is survived by his parents, Austin and Kendra Hunter; brothers, Aiden, Jai, and Houston Hunter; grandparents, Jennifer, Charles, Gary, and Ashley; aunts and uncles, Craiglyn and Josh, Ashley and Jeremy, Levi and Montana, Kylie and Trey, and Tristen; many cousins and other family members.

Funeral services will be held at 4 PM on Friday, July 3rd in the chapel of Love Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2 until 4 PM.
