Jack Milburn Broadrick

Mr. Jack Milburn Broadrick, age 91, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026.

Jack was born on Wednesday, July 25, 1934, in Dalton, Georgia, to the late Mr. Glenn Broadrick and the late Mrs. Grace Curtis Broadrick.

Although he was quiet, soft-spoken, and gentle in nature, Jack's words, however few they may have been, commanded everyone's attention. When he spoke, everyone listened.  He was a man who loved fiercely; the love that he had for those in his life was unlike that of anyone else.  His greatest and most fierce love, though, was the love that he had for his wife, Mrs. Betty Jo Pinion Broadrick.  Jack and Betty were married for just shy of 71 years, having wed on Saturday, June 4, 1955 - which was also Betty's birthday.

Jack is survived by his beloved wife, Betty, as well as his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services to honor and celebrate Jack's life will be conducted on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sanctuary of Dug Gap Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Duane Mills officiating.  Jack will be laid to rest in the church's cemetery.

Friends are cordially invited to visitation with Jack's family prior to the service from at 1:00 P.M. until the service hour.
