Mrs. Herlene “Shivy” Hall Lowe, 81, of Dalton passed away Friday, May 15, 2020.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Trammell & Mandy Whitfield Hall; husband, James Lowe; granddaughter, Bella Rae Smith; brothers, Wayne Hall, Jr. Hall & Earl Hall; sister, Marie Bivens.
She is survived by her son, Michael Lowe; granddaughter, Emilee Lowe (Jason) Smith; great-grand children, Eden Jae Smith, Jagger James Smith & Hadley Haze Smith; brother, Billy (Brenda) Hall; nieces & nephews also survive.
Graveside services will be Sunday at 7:00PM at West Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 901 Veterans Dr. Dalton, GA 30721.
