Ernest D. Nicholson
February 8, 1933 — December 25, 2019
Mr. Ernest D. Nicholson, 86, of Ft. Oglethorpe, a retiree of Scott Paper Company, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank W. Nicholson; mother, Rinda H. Nicholson; step-mother, Gladys E. Nicholson; brother, J.D. Nicholson; sister, Gerlean N. Cavendar; brother-in-law, Colquitt Cavendar and nieces, Karen N. Hanes and Brooke Adams.
Ernest is survived by his sisters, Eva Casavieri (Joe), Bobbie Price and Patti Townson (Darrell); and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Alan Price officiating.
Burial will be Deep Springs Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Sunday
from 4 to 6 p.m.
