Charles J. Pilcher, 77, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J.T. and Ruth Pilcher and brother, Cecil Pilcher.
Charles is survived by his wife, Jewell E. Pilcher; step-son, David Carter; brothers, Donald Pilcher, Raymond Pilcher, Monroe Pilcher, James Pilcher and George Pilcher; sisters, Joyce Ann Cassidy, Doris Cox and Jeanette Worley; 6 nephews; 3 nieces; several cousins; aunt, Edra Pilcher Nix; brothers-in-law, Jessie Silvers, Marvin Howell, Larry and Doyle Gazaway.
Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Friday in the chapel of Love Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 until 3 PM. Burial will be in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help with funeral expenses.
