Charles “Frank” Laster, 97, of Dalton passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Jannie; wife, Lois; son, Cecil; sisters, Ruby, Carrie, Bobbie, and Mary Lou; brothers, Johnny, W.R., and Jimmy.
Frank is survived by his daughters, Sandra, Judy, Doris, and Diane; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; brother, Jack; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Monday at Eleventh Avenue Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 4 until 8 at Love Funeral Home. Frank will be laid to rest in United Memorial Gardens.
