Carl Frank Hawkins Iii

Carl Frank Hawkins III, 69, of Dalton passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.

He was the son of the late Carl Frank Hawkins, Jr. and Carolyn Edwards Hawkins and was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl Frank Hawkins, Sr. and Marion Ulmer Hawkins and Rem Blanchard Edwards and Caroline Gee Edwards.

Carl helped run his family business, Dalton Sheet Metal Company (1936-2010).

He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Bill Hawkins and Jackie Bennett Hawkins of Dalton; niece, Kaelyn Hawkins-Krauss and husband Shawn of Charleston, SC; his beloved dog, Candy.

A private graveside service will be held at Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
