Mr. Marshall Westbrook, 73, of Denver, Colorado, died Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at Swedish Hospital in Denver.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Sue Westbrook.

Survivors include his wife, Susan H. Westbrook of the residence; sister and brother-in-law, Anne and David Lowe of Dalton; nephew and niece, Jason and Tiffany Lowe and Shane and Emily Day of Dalton; great-nephews, Brady and Corey Day and Caden Lowe all of Dalton.

Mr. Westbrook was a graduate of Dalton High School and The University of Alabama. After graduating from Alabama, Marshall entered into active duty with the Air Force where he served as a Captain. He was trained as a navigator and served in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. After completing his tour he left the Air Force in 1970. While in Thailand he met his wife Susan and they were married September 4, 1971. After leaving the Air Force he went to work for C&S Bank in Atlanta. He and a partner moved to Denver to start Galaxy Carpet. After selling Galaxy Carpet he invested in Builders Kitchen Center.

A graveside service will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 2:30 PM.
