Martin Wood

Mr. Martin L. Wood, 51, of Dalton, passed away Friday, January 30, 2009 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Junior “Woody” Wood; grandparents, Charlie and Mildred Stanley, Lewis and Fannie Wood.
Martin is survived by his wife, Penny Wood of Dalton; sons and daughters-in-law, Shaun and Tiffany Wood of Round Rock, TX., Eric and Wendy Dunn of Crandall; step-sons and their wives, Nicholas and Katie Clark, Carl and Jessica Clark all of Adairsville; mother, Grace Wood of Dalton; brother, Charles Edward Wood of Dalton; grandchildren, Skylar, Taylor, Michael, Morgan, Taylor, C. J. and Aubree; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Joel Southerland officiating.
Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Saturday after 5 P.M.
