Jim Honey

Mr. Jim Honey, 98, of Dalton, passed away August 30, 2014 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was a World War II veteran and he met and married wife, Nellie Jo, while working for TVA-Hiawassee Dam. He was the owner of WRCD radio station for 30 years and a lifelong ham operator, K4PNP. He was also a member of The Dalton First Methodist Church.
Jim is survived by his daughter, Beverly Sue Honey Hall of Atlanta; grandsons, Mark Hall of Manhattan Bch. CA, and Christopher Hall of Atlanta; caregiver, Stella Brumley.
At Jim’s request there will be no services.
