Mr. D. L. Cooper, 69, of Dalton, passed away, Friday, January 11, 2008 at Emory Medical Center in Atlanta.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ruth Cooper in 2006. He was a long time employee of Coronet Carpet.
D. L. is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Denise and Jimmy Harrison of Dalton, Christa Cooper-Vance and Phillip Vance of Chatsworth; sister and brother-in-law, Geraldine and Clayton Stanley of Resaca; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be Monday at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Gardner officiating.
Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home starting after 5 Saturday.
